Ingredients

• 60ml Sovrano Orangello
• 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 3 Mint Leaves
• 3 Strawberries
• Soda Water

Method

• Combine Orangello, lime juice, mint leaves and strawberries on a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake well until chilled.
• Fine strain into a tall glass.
• Top off with soda water
• Garnish with a strawberry and sprig of mint.
