Ingredients: 

45 mls limoncello

1 Scoop vanilla ice cream

60 mls your favourite champagne, chilled

Method:

Put scoop of ice cream and limoncello into 500 mls handled glass.

Whisk with fork until the mixture is smooth.

Continue beating while slowly adding the champagne. The mixture will grow into a frothy creamy white mass that fills the glass.

Scoop into a cocktail glass and serve with a spoon .
