Ingredients

• 60ml Gin
• 30ml Orangello
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Orange twist to garnish

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. 
2. Add Gin, Orangello, lime juice, and lemon juice, and bitters. 
3. Shake well, until you’re not totally sure whether hell has frozen over.
4. Strain into a cocktail or coupe glass.
5. Garnish with an orange twist, and light it up!
