Ingredients

• 30mls Chocochello (Sovrano chocolate liqueur)

• 30mls raspberry vodka or Chambord

• 60mls cream

Method

1. Place the 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for 3 minutes until the cream thickens.

3. Strain into a glass rimmed with dried raspberries.
