Ingredients

160ml Thickened cream

2 x 45g Caramilk chocolate bars, chopped

60ml Hot espresso coffee

2 tbsp Sovarano Arabica Coffee Liqueur

60ml Sovrano Vodka

8 ice cubes

6 Caramilk chocolate chips or coffee beans
Method

Place cream and Caramilk in a heatproof jug. Microwave on High (100%) for 1 to 2 minutes or until Caramilk has melted. Stir until smooth and combined. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool.

Combine the Espresso, Arabica and Vodka in a small jug. Divide espresso mixture between 2 martini glasses.

Place the ice in a cocktail shaker. Add Caramilk mixture and shake until frothy.

Gently pour Caramilk mixture over espresso mixture in glasses. Top with Caramilk chocolate chips or coffee beans. Serve immediately.
